Foi um sucesso a abertura da mostra MIGRATION ART EXPO 2012 na sede da ONU no dia 19 de novembro. A exposição itinerante iniciou no ano passado em NY e viajou para o Brasil agregando sempre artistas locais em Salvador, Búzios, Belo Horizonte e Rio de Janeiro, encerrando o ciclo 2012 na ONU com parceria da SCIACCO Studio de São Paulo.

Foram lançados um catálogo de 100 páginas, camisetas, cartão postal e convite.

Quarenta (40) artistas residentes no Brasil e na America participam dessa mostra e mais de duzentas pessoas prestigiaram o concorrido coquetel com destaque para as delícias portuguesas do restaurante VALENÇA e vinho da AIDIL.

Os curadores agradecem ao Sr Wagner Santiago do CLP da ONU, jornal Brazilian Times, jornal Brazilian Voice, aos artistas participantes e a todos que tornaram possível a realização deste evento, e já anunciam a etapa 2013 na Europa, Brasil e Estados Unidos.

The ending of the first phase of the MIGRATION ART EXPO 2012 exhibition at the UN headquarters on 19 November was a huge success. The exhibition, which began last year in NY, traveled to the Brazilian cities of Salvador, Búzios, Belo Horizonte and Rio de Janeiro, before it came back to New York. In every city, local artists joined the exhibition. For the ending show at the UN, The MIGRATION ARTEXPO 2012 worked in partnership with SCIACCO STUDIO from São Paulo.
We launched a catalog of 100 pages, t-shirts, post cards and invitation.
Forty (40) artists from Brazil and the United States participated in this show and more than two hundred people attended the crowded cocktail, which  had the delights of cuisine Portuguese from Valencia restaurant  and wine by Aidil.
The producers would like to thank Mr. Wagner Santiago, from the Center for the Portuguese Language at the United Nations, the newspapers Brazilian Times and Brazilian Voice, the participating artists and everyone who made this event possible. We would like also to invite all to the MIGRATION ARTEXPO 2013 which will be held in Europe, Brazil and the United States.
